Lifelines was a post-drug treatment recovery supplement concept. The product was meant to use digital channels and a feedback system to keep recoveries accountable and in touch with their core supporters.

Situation

Lifelines had a concept for keeping recovering patients on target for a healthy happy life. We partnered with them to develop their initial product.

Challenge

We had three main user groups that each had their own feature requirements, varying between web and mobile needs. We needed an experience that was intuitive for treatment facilities and seamless for recovering patients to ensure that our product was doing its job.

Solution

We took careful consideration prototyping and discussing with our product owner and our prospective patients. From this, we were confident that our mobile experience was frictionless for recovering patients. And a facility web application that would allow quick management of the post-recovery process support.

Results

The successful design of initial product prototype and development of mobile and web portal frontend.
